By accessing or using TradeDocWriter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

TradeDocWriter is a tool that helps tradespeople generate professional documents — including quotes, contracts, progress updates, completion reports, invoices reminders, complaint responses, follow-up messages, review requests, and risk assessments — using artificial intelligence based on information the user provides.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and using the service.

TradeDocWriter offers a free tier with a limited number of documents per month, and a Pro subscription offering unlimited document generation for a monthly fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

TradeDocWriter uses artificial intelligence to generate documents based on information you provide. While we aim for high accuracy, generated documents are provided as templates and starting points only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy, completeness, and suitability before sending it to customers, signing it, or relying on it for any business, legal, or financial purpose.

TradeDocWriter does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and generated documents do not constitute legal contracts until reviewed and agreed by the relevant parties. We are not liable for any loss, dispute, or damages arising from the use of generated documents, including but not limited to inaccuracies, omissions, or unsuitability for a particular purpose.

You agree not to use TradeDocWriter for any unlawful purpose, to generate misleading or fraudulent documents, or to misrepresent the source or authorship of generated content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeDocWriter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
